Refund Policy
Last Updated: January 2025
At ventothatulo, we're committed to delivering quality educational services about business budget management. We understand that circumstances change, and sometimes a course might not meet your expectations. This policy outlines how we handle refund requests and what you can expect throughout the process.
Eligibility Criteria
Full Refund Window
Requests submitted within 14 days of purchase are eligible for full refunds, provided you've completed less than 20% of the course material. This gives you time to explore the content without commitment.
Partial Refund Period
Between 15 and 30 days after purchase, you may qualify for a 50% refund if you've completed less than 40% of the course. We calculate this based on modules accessed and assessments submitted.
Technical Issues
If you've experienced persistent technical problems that prevented course access, we review these cases individually. Document the issues you encountered and contact our support team promptly.
Medical or Emergency
Unexpected circumstances happen. We consider refund requests due to medical emergencies or significant life events on a case-by-case basis, regardless of progress through the course.
How to Request a Refund
Submit Your Request
Email info@ventothatulo.com with your order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request. The more detail you provide, the faster we can process your request.
Review Process
Our team reviews your request within 3 business days. We'll check your course progress, purchase date, and any supporting documentation you've provided.
Decision Notification
You'll receive an email with our decision and, if approved, details about the refund amount and expected processing time. If declined, we'll explain why and discuss alternatives.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your financial institution, but most appear within 5-10 business days.

Important Information
- Course access is immediately revoked once a refund is approved and processed. You won't be able to access materials or download content after this point.
- Certificates earned before the refund request remain valid, but you can't list the course as completed on your profile if you receive a full refund.
- Promotional pricing or discount codes can't be reapplied if you later decide to repurchase the same course. Standard pricing applies to future purchases.
- Bundle purchases are evaluated based on the overall package. Individual course refunds from bundles may result in adjusted pricing calculations.
- If you've received a completion certificate and then request a refund, we may ask you to return or destroy the certificate as part of the refund agreement.
- International transactions may involve currency conversion fees. These fees are typically not refundable and may affect the final amount you receive.
- Refund decisions are final. We don't accept appeals or secondary reviews except in cases where new information significantly changes the circumstances.
