Budget Training Programs Starting October 2025

We're running three hands-on workshops this spring for Australian small business owners who want practical budget skills. Classes are small—usually eight to twelve people—so there's time for questions and real examples from your actual situation.

Meet Bronson Kellaway

I've been helping small businesses sort out their finances since 2011, mostly around the Illawarra region. Started as a bookkeeper, moved into advisory work when I realized most budget problems come from unclear systems rather than bad math.

These courses grew out of conversations I kept having with clients who wanted to understand their numbers better but didn't need a finance degree to do it. Everything we cover comes from real situations I've seen work—or fail spectacularly, which is sometimes more educational.

  • Worked with over 120 Australian small businesses since 2011
  • Specializes in retail, hospitality, and service-based budgeting
  • Runs quarterly workshops through Wollongong Business Network
